Welcome to Shinrai Counselling. By booking or attending our counselling services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Booking Process
- Clients may book available counselling sessions through the online calendar system.
- Bookings can be made up to 2 months in advance.
- Sessions are scheduled in 1-hour time slots.
- Booking confirmation is completed only after successful payment.
Meeting Details
After payment confirmation:
- Clients will receive a confirmation email
- The online meeting link will be shared through email and/or mobile message
Notifications
Session reminders may be sent approximately 1 hour before the scheduled appointment through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling requests are allowed only up to 1 hour before the session start time.
- Rescheduled appointments must be used within 2 weeks of the original booking date.
- Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- No cancellations are permitted once a booking is confirmed.
- All payments made are non-refundable.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate contact information
- Attend sessions respectfully and on time
- Maintain appropriate communication with counsellors
Emergency Disclaimer
Shinrai Counselling does not provide emergency or crisis intervention services. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact local emergency services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.
Professional Boundaries
All counselling relationships remain strictly professional and ethical at all times.
Reports & Records
Session reports and client history may be securely maintained by Shinrai Counselling for future reference, continuity of care, and professional documentation.
Limitation of Services
Counselling outcomes vary for each individual. Shinrai Counselling does not guarantee specific emotional, psychological, or personal results.
Changes to Terms
Shinrai Counselling reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of any updates.
